Women's Hall
Women's Hall provides technical and cultural education programs three times a year and various special lectures including summer special classes and Youth personality classes. The volunteers's group supports 103 volunteer organizations including 11,000 volunteers in the city. It also provides community network programs through the recruitment, education and deployment of volunteers.
Culture & Art Center
The city's Cultural and Art Center holds a variety of events including musical concerts and exhibitions. It intends to provide opportunities for the citizens to enjoy culture and arts and upgrade a level of local culture. It consists of grand halls, small halls and exhibition halls.
